1 General Technical

1.1 General Description

  • Design, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 132kV AIS/GIS in compliance with the single line diagram
  • Accessories for operation Engineering and documentation of the 132kV Grid Station
    • End to end solution-Complete Design, approvals from Utility authority, load flow study, Detail Design and as build drawings.
  • 132kV Line Bays, as per WAPDA/NTDC standards.
  • 132kV Transformer Bays, as per WAPDA/NTDC standards.
  • PT Bay, as per WAPDA/NTDC standards.
  • 132kV Power Transformers along with Auxiliary Panels in compliance with the WAPDA/NTDC Specifications

    • 1.1 General Description

  • Complete lighting and power receptacles shall be provide for 132kV switchyards including wiring and control. The switchyard “Normal” and “Emergency” lighting shall be provided.
  • Proper Earthing system will be provided in accordance with IEEE-80 & NTDC requirement.
  • Overhead shielding wires, shall be provided to adequately protect all equipment in the substation against lightning strokes. Earthed masts shall be provided wherever necessary. Shield wire shall be connected directly to each of the respective steel structure. Shield wire shall additionally be connected to the grounding mesh of the substation
  • All cables and wires are polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation comply with IEC 60227- 1:2007.

    • 2 AUXILIARY SERVICES

    The A.C and D.C. supplies for various control and auxiliary circuits shall be as under:

  • DISCO’S Flats
    • IN and OUT Arrangement of complete scope of transmission line as per standards of NTDC/WAPDA.
    a. Survey of the Transmission Line through different routes, and suitable route selection and Approval from DISCO’S.
    b. Preparation of Line Profile and Approval from DISCO’S.
    c. Tower selection and Approval from DISCO’S.
