We have Exchange and Replacement Policy:
- Exchange or replacement: In case of Color, size or Dislike Issue Within 30 Days
- Return or refund: In case we deliver any faulty, damage or wrong product then we are bound to return or refund on customer claim. Delivery Charges cannot be refund. Claim Will be Considered with in 30 days after parcel Receiving.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us immediately. We will offer you a full refund or exchange on faulty goods.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or Contact you on your given Contact Number to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be transfer your any account that you will share with us with in 7 working days.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
